![]() ![]() I was sort of hoping megaflare would be a bit better. ![]() It always demand a 10k guard or more once your opponent is on g2 and gives your vanguard power and some cc if you need it. I really like dualflare as a generic g2 however. The cat butler interaction is cute but since the g2 vg swing has no real pressure behind it, there's no reason for your opponent to not try and soak it unless they're at 4-5 damage or they have a lot of cards in hand and could easily guard all the vg swings and they don't care about the hand advantage you get from multiple drive checks. The non-opt restands could probably lead to some fun turns, but I'm not sure if novas have enough CC to use the effect to it's fullest. I guess you can go into a different g3 raizer at the end of the turn, like incise raizer to take advantage of your multiple accel circles or try going into something like hi-powered raizer to give your g2 vanguard swing some pressure to help with. The main advantage the former has is that it takes no cards from hand, so it is a hard +2, while the blau one is a wash. The latter lets you use the accel circle right away and makes better columns due to the first effect. Hm, the megaflare vg restand seems a lot worse than the stern blau vg restand. This also means you do not have to commit if you don't have the pieces on field. Ignoring the first effect of Mega-Flare and solo focusing on the second effect makes it pretty cheap to perform a 2 VG attack for 1 CB as well as just gaining advantage from doing 3 drive checks and 2 Accel 2 Markers giving +4 in hand for 1 CB. With cat butlers on field you can do this multiple times, but of course this costs a lot of soul ![]() When refilling attacks, it can give the +5k to Burst since it is at rest then Burstraizer restands VG is Refilling Raizer and RG on accel 2 is Burst after Mega-Flare effect Raptoraizer while adds to soul exchanges it for a Counter-Blast.īy using Solidar Bangle, you can build soul to use for Cat Butler and Burstraizer as well as search for your pieces early game.īurstraizer and Refilling Raizer has an interesting combo.Įxample if you do Refilling Raizer and Burstraizer with Cat Butler creates a combo where they gain power and trying to get Cat Butler off as much as possible The first effect of Mega-Flare should only be used as a finisher last resort as the cost of it is really high.Īll resource management is being really tested as both Counter-Blast and Soul needs to be managed. This deck really needs to focus on Critical Sacking the opponent since you are required to have your front row already attacked giving less power. This is definitely a weird deck and not what we all thought was going to happen. If you have no face up cards in your damage, CC1.ĪUTO: When this unit is placed on VC, choose a "Battleraizer" from your soul, and you may call it to RC.ĪCT(RC): COST, search your deck for up to one card with "Raizer" in its card name with grade +1 of the card put into the soul for this cost, call it to RC, and shuffle your deck.
